I’ve finally done it, I am having withdrawal symptoms and it’s been less than twenty four hours but I’m sticking with it, I have to, for my own sanity. I’ve deleted my Facebook account!!
I have been thinking about this for some time now how to stop myself from posting pictures of what I’m eating and tearing myself away from this intrusive social media platform. I just got to the point where I thought negativity has got to stop playing a role in my daily routine.
